Heather Sever is the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for leading day-to-day operations including finance, marketing, human resources, facilities, and strategic planning. She provides guidance to much of the institutes daily operations and ensures the institutes mission is supported with operational efficiency and effectiveness. Previously, Heather held leadership positions as Area Vice President of Versiti Blood Center of OH and Associate Director of Operations at Ohio State. In these positions, Heather was tasked with structuring new organizations, developing key strategies and goals for profit growth, and building an employee culture that aligns with company direction. Heather has a strong desire to help others and loves working in the healthcare field where she can make positive changes for others. Outside of work, Heather spends many evenings and weekends in a gym watching one of her three sons play basketball and spends time outdoors with her two dogs.
